What methods of payment do you accept?
On FashionOutlet.it you can pay by Visa or Mastercard, PayPal or cash on delivery.
Can I use my credit card with confidence?
Purchasing on FashionOutlet.it is extremely safe. Every purchase is made in maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems (SSL). You can also count on VerySign and ATW certificates.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping is managed by our courier TNT.
Delivery times are about 3 working days from the moment the order is confirmed.
Shipments for orders over € 100 are free, otherwise the cost is € 8.
Returns are free for orders placed from Italy. However, if you have benefited from free shipping (for orders over € 100) and after the return the value of the initial order is less than € 100, will be deducted from the amount refunded the shipping costs not initially incurred
How can I return an item?
You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them. The product must be in perfect condition, with all tags attached and must be returned in its original packaging.
To which address should I send my returns?
If you receive goods you are not satisfied with, you can access your personal account and request the return of the items in the returns section.
You will receive an email from our courier TNT with all the instructions to follow to send the goods to be returned.
How do I get my refund?
If your return meets the required conditions, we will refund the value of the returned goods. In case of payment by credit card or Paypal, the refund will be credited directly to your account; in case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. The time required to credit your account depends on the bank's circuit.
