Fashion Outlet s.r.l. also informs you as of now that, in the event of payment by credit card on your part, the data provided will be communicated by Key Client in order to make payments as a service provider for the products on sale on the site; Key Client will carry out all processing in compliance with the regulations in force and will be solely responsible for the data processed and the processing carried out.

Those entitled may directly, at any time, exercise their rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, including in particular the right to obtain information regarding

Those entitled may also obtain:

  • updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
